Terms and Conditions

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We currently accept MasterCard, VISA and PayPal.

SALES TAX
If you're lucky enough to live in the state of California, sales tax will be added to your order.

SHIPPING
We ship via USPS, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2nd Day. Depending on the size and weight of your order, USPS ground shipments will be sent via either USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post or USPS First Class mail. Orders are processed within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends. We will contact you before shipping your order to let you know when it will go out and give you an approximate delivery date.

Orders being sent to more than one address will be charged shipping fees for each delivery address.

You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number once your package is sent. If you haven't received a delivery confirmation number within 48 hours of your order, please email us at orders[at]all-pop.com. Please note, a delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number. It will only tell you when the label was created and when the package was delivered.

USPS Ground
In stock orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Our USPS shipping charges are as follows:

FedEx Standard Overnight and 2Day
Overnight and 2nd (business) day shipping are available through FedEx. Please email orders[at]all-pop.com for a cost and time estimate. Standard Overnight and 2Day shipments will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping charges are based on delivery location and package size and weight.

Free Shipping
Domestic orders totaling $150 before tax and shipping charges will be sent for free via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post or USPS First Class mail depending on the size and weight of the shipment. We reserve the right to send orders that qualify for free shipping via the most cost effective method available.

International Shipping
Nothing makes us happier than knowing that our kitsch and curios are loved far and wide. International customers please email us at info[at]all-pop.com with a list of the items you'd like to order and your city and country, and we'll get back to you with a shipping quote within 48 hours.

Currently we ship via USPS Air Mail or USPS International Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the package(s). USPS Air Mail does not provide tracking. Once Air Mail packages are handed over to the USPS, they are no longer the responsibility of ALL-POP should they be lost or stolen. International Priority Mail orders have insurance included though all orders can be shipped with tracking and insurance for an additional fee. Email us for a quote for these services. Please note our free shipping offer applies only to US orders.

Finally, please note our shipping and handling fees do not include customs duties or taxes in the destination country. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Here at ALL-POP, we want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, please follow these handy guidelines. Returns must be received within 30 days of order date. All returned merchandise must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Before sending merchandise back to us, please email orders[at]all-pop.com for a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs on items returned to ALL-POP. We recommend insuring returns in case of damage in transit. ALL-POP will not provide refunds for merchandise that is received damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders[at]all-pop.com so that we can arrange to send you a replacement. Please keep all shipping materials so that a shipping claim can be made.

BACKORDERS
From time to time we run out of a product before we've had a chance to re-order. If that happens with something you're interested in, please email us at info[at]all-pop.com and we'll let you know when it's back in stock. On average it will add 7 - 10 days to your order.
